Individual Counseling

While I have a wide range of training and experience in the counseling field, my focus is individual counseling for people who are struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma or relationship problems. I also provide EMDR Therapy and EMDR Consultation Services.

My office is located in NE Portland in a quiet, comfortable, professional building with several other therapists and healing arts professionals.

I see clients Monday through Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.

Fee

My rate is $180 per 50-minute therapy session. I accept payment by cash or check.

Insurance

I am happy to assist you in getting reimbursed for your counseling. View information on Health Insurance Reimbursement.

Intake Forms

If we have set up our first appointment, I will let you know which forms need to be completed for us to get started. Completing these forms for our first session allows us to use our time in the first meeting most effectively. We will discuss these forms when we meet and I can answer any questions at that time. For Teletherapy, I can provide options for you to get these forms to me. Please DO NOT email these forms to me as email is not a confidential means of communication.
