"When I was 19, I was raped, the most horrible
experience of my life. For 13 years I suffered panic attacks,
flashbacks and nightmares. I felt powerless and fearful,
lacked confidence, struggled to trust people, and the
smallest things could set me off. It was hard to be happy or

aware of it. He also helped me to identify and resolve past
