Individual relationship counseling is effective for healing
personal relationship challenges. Examples include overcoming
commitment and abandonment fears, healing from a painful
breakup, hesitancy around entering a new relationship, healing
relationships with family members, developing healthy
relationship skills, and situations where your partner is
unable or unwilling to attend couples counseling with you.

Couples counseling is effective for healing intimate
relationships. This is for couples who want to learn effective
communication skills, understand each other better, learn to
resolve conflict, find ways to create more harmony and
collaboration in their relationship, and experience a more
fulfilling and enjoyable relationship.
